Logistics Supervisor-Warehouse 2nd Shift
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Supervisor-Warehouse to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient management of our warehouse facility. In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate inventory control, monitor safety protocols, and optimize workflow to meet operational goals. Estimated annual base pay: $85,000-$110,000
All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control Management: The Supervisor oversees inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control and timely replenishments.
- Transportation Coordination: The Supervisor plans and coordinates the movement of goods to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to internal and external customers.
- Staff Supervision and Development: The Supervisor leads and manages the warehouse team to maintain high levels of productivity and operational efficiency to meet business expectations. Responsible for the hiring of new team members, and the development of team member job knowledge and skills.
- Compliance and Documentation: The Supervisor ensures all activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety policies, and maintains accurate documentation records.
- Process Improvement: The\ Supervisor works with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze warehouse operations data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges in the warehouse process.
Other Qualifications:
- Operations/warehouse leadership experience preferred
