Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay: $94,000(minimum) - $122,000(midpoint) $150,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Analytical Models: Creates and maintains statistical models to evaluate marketing/industry performance, forecast trends, and drive 10-year forecast.
- Capture and curate relevant industry news to various stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities through research focusing on Woodward’s distinctive competence, market problems, competitive analysis and win/loss analysis.
- Provide input to Strategic Planning process related to new markets and products.
- Mentor Junior Analysts: Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members in marketing analysis methodologies and best practices.

- Data Analytics: Expertise in interpreting complex marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Market Research: Proficient in conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Statistical Modeling: Skilled in developing and applying statistical models to predict marketing outcomes.
- Project Management: Experienced in overseeing marketing analysis projects from inception to completion.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement data driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Reporting and Visualization: Adept at creating clear and insightful reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Effective in working with diverse teams to integrate marketing insights across departments.
- Problem Solving: Capable of addressing complex marketing challenges through innovative analytical approaches.
- Leadership: Provides guidance and support to less experienced colleagues in marketing analysis tasks.
- Communication: Skilled in presenting sensitive and complex information to stakeholders to build consensus.
