Overview We are currently supporting our client, Spectrum Insurance Agency, in recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Professional to join the team. This role may be a great fit for you if you demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, building relationships, are experienced and certified in property and casualty insurance, and have strong communication and leadership acumen.
The right person is self-driven, takes ownership of their work, and takes pride in building strong client relationships while delivering a high level of service. They are comfortable managing policies from start to finish, handling both servicing and quoting, and ensuring accuracy in every detail.
This position plays an integral role between clients, carriers, and the internal team.
Pay range for the role is 45,000 to 63,000, pending experience, and is negotiable for the right qualified candidate.

Essential Functions
Client Service & Support

Respond promptly to client and prospective client inquiries via phone or email

Assist clients with policy-related questions, renewals, endorsements, and changes

Prepare marketing submissions, proposals, and new business quotes

Provide accurate information regarding coverage, claims, and billing
-
Process Certificates of Insurance and ID cards

Complete client account reviews
Policy Administration

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

Maintain accurate and organized client records
-
Monitor expiration reports and assist in determining renewal or rewrite strategies

Collaborate with underwriters and internal team members to ensure seamless service
Claims Assistance

Guide clients through the claims process

Communicate with carriers to help move claims toward resolution

Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in challenging situations
Account Growth

Identify opportunities to expand coverage based on client needs

Recommend appropriate products and services to enhance protection
Team Support & Collaboration

Serve as a resource for team members on processes, policies, and client service

Minimum Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
3–5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience required
-
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (must be in good standing)

Life insurance certification strongly preferred

Additional industry designations (CISR, CIC, or similar) strongly preferred
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in insurance systems and Microsoft Office Suite

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
