Requirements

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Professional certification strongly preferred (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or equivalent).

Experience

- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, order management, supply chain, or related processes, with at least
5 years in a global Q2D/Order-to-Delivery leadership role.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JDE), with strong preference for
JD Edwards, including Order Management, Pricing, Fulfillment, Inventory, and Shipping modules.
- Proven track record leading or heavily supporting at least one full-cycle ERP implementation in a multi-site, multi-business-
unit environment.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders (sales, operations, customer service, finance) to define and
deliver Q2D process improvements.
- Hands-on experience developing test scripts, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), managing defect resolution, and driving
go/no-go decisions.
- Proven success delivering large-scale cross-functional training programs and supporting organization-wide change adoption.
- Experience designing and implementing controls across order management, pricing, fulfillment, and revenue assurance.
- Experience working with global business services - Track record of harmonizing site-level order management, pricing, and
fulfillment processes into a standardized global model.

Skills & Competencies
- Deep subject-matter expertise in Q2D processes: quoting, pricing, order entry, order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping,
delivery, and invoicing readiness.
- Strong understanding of order-to-delivery integration points across sales, operations, supply chain, and finance. - Excellent
business analysis and requirements elicitation skills.
- Strong project management, testing, and change management expertise.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Data analytics and visualization proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, or JDE reporting tools).
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus. - Willingness to travel during implementation phases.

Core Responsibilities

Business Collaboration & Requirements Definition
- Partner with sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to define future-state Q2D processes,
system requirements, and controls.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and document detailed process requirements.
- Ensure alignment between customer experience, operational efficiency, and global standardization.

Global Process & Blueprint Ownership

Lead definition of the global Q2D process blueprint, including pricing models, order management rules, fulfillment processes,
and delivery standards.
- Ensure integration across sales, supply chain, and finance processes.

System Financial Controls & Public Company Readiness
- Design and implement system-enabled controls across quoting, pricing, order entry, fulfillment, and shipment processes.
- Define governance for pricing, order approvals, and fulfillment execution.
- Ensure auditability, data integrity, and compliance across Q2D transactions.

JDE Configuration, Testing & UAT Leadership
- Collaborate with SI to configure JDE modules (Order Management, Pricing, Fulfillment, Shipping).
- Develop and execute test scripts validating end-to-end Q2D functionality.
- Lead UAT cycles and validation across business units. - Oversee data migration (customers, pricing, open orders).

Training & Change Management
- Deliver training across sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Develop documentation and job aids.
- Drive adoption of standardized processes globally.

Process Governance & Performance Leadership
- Establish Q2D KPIs (order cycle time, OTIF, fill rate, backlog, pricing accuracy).
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Optimize order execution and customer delivery outcomes.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation Support
- Identify optimization opportunities (automation, analytics, AI forecasting).
- Monitor industry best practices.
- Support adjacent transformations (O2C, P2D, planning integration
