ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsels and corresponds with partners and leaders regarding leave and time off benefits, policies, and procedures.
Must comply with internal and external absence policies, regulations, and procedures.
Works with the vendor, Leader, Business Partner, and partner in determining partner eligibility and return to work or separation requests.
Processes partner change of status transactions related to leaves and time offs.
Records the leaves, adjusts time and pay in Workday as needed.
Sends out letters to partners updating them on the status of their leave.
Maintains leave records for all partners.
Answers phones and greets customers entering the HR area.
Participates in department specific committee(s).
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Graduate of high school preferred.
Two years of clerical experience, preferably in Human Resources, required.

Good analytical/interpretive skills
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
LEVEL OF SUPERVISION
Direct supervision from Manager of Employee Health and Absence Programs with support from Absence Programs Coordinator.
PAY RANGE:
