Customer Service Representative
CSR - Rockford
- Be the primary contact for customer accounts by phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues before they escalate
- Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to keep freight moving
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers on bookings and delivery confirmations
- Assist with freight billing questions in partnership with Accounts Payable
- Build relationships with carrier representatives
- Manage orders, changes, and scheduling
- Track and document activity accurately in company systems
- Deliver a consistently great customer experience
- Support team goals and operational excellence
Responsibilities:
- • Be the primary contact for customer accounts by phone and email
- • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues before they escalate

- • Assist with freight billing questions in partnership with Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
- • Have 2+ years of customer service experience (logistics or transportation is a plus)
- • Communicate clearly and professionally
- • Stay calm under pressure and love solving problems
- • Are organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
