We're looking for a highly organized and adaptable Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team and assist with grant-funded programs such as Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, managing details, improving processes, and supporting initiatives that make clean energy more accessible.
What You'll Do
Sales Operations Support
  • Assist with CRM management, reporting, and sales data accuracy.
  • Support sales team activities, onboarding, and process improvements.
  • Maintain sales tools, templates, and customer-facing materials.
  • Prepare reports and materials for pipeline and performance reviews.
  • Help coordinate internal sales initiatives and team communications.
Grant Program Support
  • Assist with ILSFA and other grant-funded initiatives.
  • Support eligibility screening, document collection, and application processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and program requirements.
  • Assist with grant-related communications, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support community outreach events, trainings, and educational initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting responsibilities.
  • Strong administrative and project coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data management, or administrative support is preferred.
