Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Shipping Clerk to join our team in Roscoe, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and packaging parts for shipment, ensuring all shipping standards and customer requirements are met according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Package parts carefully and accurately according to instructions.
• Print shipping labels and ensure correct labeling of all packages.
• Assemble boxes and other shipping materials as needed.
• Wrap parts following specific instructions to protect them during transit.
• Dip parts in oil and wrap as required to meet shipping standards.
• Follow traveler instructions and customer SOPs to maintain compliance with shipping standards.
• Organize and assemble shipping materials to ensure efficient packing and shipping processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Experience with packaging and shipping processes preferred.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
