Key Responsibilities - Operate CNC machinery according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
- Load and unload materials and parts from machines efficiently and safely.
- Perform precise measurements using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure product quality.
- Apply shop math skills to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Complete accurate paperwork related to production and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning of machines and tools.
Required Skills - Proficient in measuring techniques and use of micrometers.
- Strong understanding of shop math and ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience in loading and unloading CNC machinery.
- Ability to operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail for cycle counts and accurate paperwork.
- Good organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications - Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
