Responsibilities

• Deburr gear teeth using various hand tools such as files, brushes, and buggers.
• Sharpen and file gears to remove burrs and imperfections.
• Use bugger, files, or brushes effectively to clean and finish gears.
• Inspect gears carefully to ensure burrs are completely removed and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
