Quality Technician

Location: Roscoe, IL, 61073

Position Overview

This position will work within the quality lab on various assignments, including but not limited to – outside service receiving inspection, visual inspection, final inspection and any other product validation/verification that may be required.

Essential Job Functions

• Review customer purchase order requirements and specifications for applicability
• Familiar with APQP / PPAP per AS 9145
• Experience performing first article inspections in accordance with AS9102
• Ability to operate all inspection equipment within the quality department
• Provide inspection support for outside operations, verification of special processes
• As needed, assist with blank inspection from internal blanking and blank suppliers (dimensional inspection)
