Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team in Roscoe, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with broaching, honing, lapping, and operating laser marking equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently operate various machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain broaching, honing, and lapping machines to meet production specifications.
• Set up and operate laser marking equipment to accurately mark parts as required.
• Perform routine machine operation tasks ensuring precision and quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist with skills in broaching, honing, and lapping.
• Experience operating laser marking machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
