The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely deployment of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and a commitment to operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage campaign workflows, apply audience segmentation rules, conduct quality assurance reviews, and lead performance reporting.

We expect this role to operate as both a marketing operations expert and a project leader: scoping campaigns, planning the path, owning the deliverable, and communicating clearly throughout. This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is a natural self-starter, committed to structure and responsibility, and motivated by the opportunity to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Build, schedule, and deploy digital marketing campaigns within CRM and email marketing platforms

• Apply audience segmentation rules with accuracy and consistency

• Maintain deployment calendars and meet all client deadlines

• Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to confirm campaign readiness

Quality Assurance

• Review all communications for accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment

• Validate audience counts and segmentation logic

• Document and resolve issues prior to deployment

• Follow a disciplined quality assurance checklist for every campaign

Data and Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear, actionable reports

• Track deliverability, engagement, conversion, and offer performance

• Identify trends that inform future segmentation and communication strategy

Project Leadership

• Own campaigns end-to-end, from planning through post-mortem

• Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders

• Maintain organized workflows and documentation

• Support continuous improvement of marketing operations processes and standards

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience

• Internship, open-source, portfolio work, or a project you can talk us through

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms

• Understanding of segmentation logic and data-driven communication

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and apply structured workflows

Compensation

Entry level salary range: $42,000 - $52,000 annually
