Role Description

This is a full-time, Mechanical Service Technician role located in the Greater Rockford/Southern Wi Areas. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting field service visits to client locations, and ensuring optimal system performance. The technician will also provide technical support and excellent customer service to fulfill client needs effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in executing Field Service tasks and managing on-site repairs
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, or related technical systems is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Member of area local union (Local 23, Rockford, IL - Local 601, Milwaukee, WI)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
